Poll - Was it right for Gray and Keys to go?

Were Sky right to sack Andy Gray and Alan Partridge Richard Keys in the aftermath of their "prehistoric" comments being leaked? Do you think the broadcaster had no option given the presenters' views alienated a hefty chunk of their audience and would guarantee disciplinary action in many workplaces?
