The Football League has accepted the Elite Player Performance Plan (or EPPP for short), despite opposition from fans and votes against the idea from a number of clubs. Is it here to ruin the game, or is it a fair solution for smaller clubs and their academies? Will it benefit the national team and help develop young talent, or is it a case of the Premier League flexing their muscle and hoovering up potential stars on the cheap?
