Poll - Should there be a transfer window for managers?

The League Managers Association (LMA) are considering a transfer window - similar to that in place for players - for their members. On average managers last only 18 months at any one club and the window would be in theory protect them as chairmen would find it difficult to recruit. A window would also prevent successful managers jumping ship mid-season. Hello Harry Redknapp!

But what do fans think? Long-term planning at a club increases stability and breeds success, doesn't it? Or would this measure just leave you stuck with a manager you'd rather see given the boot?
