Coventry City and Doncaster Rovers have agreed a reciprocal pricing deal that means away fans attending these fixtures this season will pay no more than £20.

At the start of the season Coventry City announced they would be capping away tickets at the Ricoh Arena at £20 and recently Doncaster Rovers have been working with other Yorkshire clubs in League One to secure reciprocal £20 deals.

Now the two clubs have come together and created a £20 reciprocal deal between the two for their away fans, with the fixtures due to be played in November and April.

Coventry City fans who were planning to make the trip to the Keepmoat Stadium will now save £4 on their ticket.

Chief executive of Coventry City Steve Waggott said: "I'm delighted to see Doncaster have reduced the prices for our supporters as it is hugely important clubs work together to try and make football more affordable."

Doncaster Rovers have agreed reciprocal for their Yorkshire derbies against Barnsley and Bradford City.  Communcations manager at Doncaster Rovers Ryan Murrant said: "It’s great again that we can work together with a club like Coventry who decided that travelling fans will only pay £20 per adult this season.

"We wanted to make the offer reciprocal and also for each set of fans to have exactly the same pricing structure. That meant Coventry significantly dropping their senior and junior prices so fair play to them and thanks from us all at Doncaster Rovers."
