The Dinamo Stadium in Minsk was built in the 1930s but destroyed during the second World War. It was rebuilt in 1954 and has a capacity of just over 41,000. It is largely uncovered, and so anyone unlucky enough to play here in the winter's going to be pretty cold!
Location of the Ground in the City
The Dinamo Stadium is right in the centre of the city, so much so, in fact, that we can dispense with our usual section on Getting to the Ground, and simply say that if you’re drinking on the main drag beforehand, take a left at the statue of KGB founder Felix Dzerzhinsky and it’s two minutes walk down the street.
If you’re looking for it on a map, it’s on Kirov street.
If you’re trying to locate it on a satnav, then don’t be silly, park somewhere else and walk.
Away Supporters Information
Away allocations are typically between 1,500 and 2,000, and all seats are uncovered. There is a running track around the edge of the pitch meaning that fans are not exactly close to the action. The facilities in the stadium are somewhat basic, too.
