There are train services to the main railway station in the city, operated by the national railway company SNCF. However, the cheaper and equally convenient other possibility is to hop onto one of the Navette Shuttle Buses that link the airport with the train station. Airport-bound buses leave from the train station’s main entrance approx. every 20 minutes. The journey itself takes around 25 minutes.

The most comfortable but also the most expensive way to get to the city centre from the airport is by taxi. Taxis are available outside the terminal building or by contacting Airport Taxis, tel. 0033 442 1424 44, e-mail taxisairport@tiscali.fr or check their website on www.taxis-aeroport.com.A journey from the airport to the centre of Marseille costs around €40 day rate and €50 night rate. Drivers usually also speak English.
