There are two offices at Termini train station that operate out of banking hours. Other centrally located places offering currency exchange facilities are Cambio Rosati at Via Nazionale 186, Amercian Express at Piazza di Spanga 38 and Thomas Cook at Piazza Barberini 21.

Rotas are posted on all pharmacy doors, like the PIRAM company which runs a branch at Via Nazionale 228 and at Termini train station.
Internet Access
Wi-fi is widespread in Rome with most of the large hotels and public buildings having access. There are internet cafes scattered all around the town, like the East Internet Café which is open 24 hrs and located at Via Barberini 2.
Post Offices
The main post Office is on Piazza San Silvestro 18-20. The Vatican has its own post office on Piazza di San Pietro. Your mail will be franked with a special stamp if sent from there.
