With the ever-changing nature of prices (different match categories, promotions, cut-price tickets for cup games, etc) it's hard to keep on top of things on our ground guide, especially when we're dealing with nearly 150 clubs.
There is one ticket office at the ground, which is situated in the Dr. Martens stand. On matchdays the queues are often long, so try and avoid this. Like many things, the earlier you get there, the quieter the volumes of work will be. Whilst the ticketing systems are modern, many home fans have encountered problems with the ticket office in the past couple of seasons.
Opening times are as follows:
Mondays to Fridays - 9.00am to 5.00pm
Non-Matchday Saturdays - 9.00am to 1.00pm
Matchday Saturdays - 9.00am to Kick-Off & after Final Whistle
Matchday Sundays - 10.00am to Kick-Off (Subject to Kick-Off Time)
Some home tickets can be bought from the Club Shop that is in the Lakeside Shopping Centre.
The club shop is nigh on next to the Ticket office in the main stand at the ground. On matchdays you can queue for several minutes to get a look around; inside it is just as cramped as you may expect. Shirt printing is very popular, and often stock of key letters can run out.
