Flags can be put wherever you like in the ground.
There is a big fence behind the Park View Road end (to stop balls landing in the road) where away fans clip there flags too, if there big enough, they look very impressive attached to the fencing. They can also hang over the side of the pitch against the advertising boards and around the seating areas over the adverts.
