There are 198 spaces for wheelchairs, each with a companion space and 120 seats that provide an induction loop service.
The location and design of these spaces ensures that maximum visibility of the game is assured whilst also ensuring that the spaces are an integral part of the crowd and not separated from everyone else.
In 2004 the Stadium was awarded the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Award for Accessibility in design. In 2005 Sport England recognized the stadium as a place of good practice in disability access.
