With the ever-changing nature of prices (different match categories, promotions, cut-price tickets for cup games, etc) it's hard to keep on top of things on our ground guide, especially when we're dealing with nearly 150 clubs.
Along with the superstore, the club ticket office is located on the Kop side of the ground at St. Andrews. The main ticket office is open Monday - Friday, 9am until 5.30pm. Tickets can also be purchased from the Blues Store at the Pallasades.
On a matchday, there are several ticket offices open selling tickets for the various parts of the ground. Tilton Road Kop and Corner Kop tickets are available from the Portakabin outside Primetime Recruitment. Tickets for the Main Kop Stand and Cop Corner (Railway End) are on sale from the Kop Ticket Office. Tickets for the Main Stand, Olympic Gallery, Paddocks and Railway End are available from the Main Stand Ticket Office, where collections are also available for these areas. Collections for all other parts of the ground are available from the Kop Ticket Office.
The Birmingham City superstore is situated in front of the Spion Kop stand and is open 7 days a week; Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 3pm. There is also a club Shop in the Pallasades shopping centre in Birmingham City Centre.
