To gain concessions, supporters must pick up a concession voucher from one of the ticket offices, either at the Westcombe Drive End or in the booth at the bottom end of the ground.
Ticket Office Information
The Ticket Office is open Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 2pm until 5pm. It is located behind the North Terrace. It also opens on a Saturday matchday from midday or for an evening matchday through until kick off.
A few years back the club vacated the small club shop at the ground and now operate a store on Barnet Hill, just north of the Underground station, about ten minutes on foot from the ground. It stocks a decent range of shirts, scarves, badges and old programmes. It is open usual office hours and on matchday.
