The FSF's England fanzine, Free Lions, is produced and distributed at both home and away games, and this material is complemented by a telephone helpline, website information, and a team of willing volunteers.

The FSF provides a "Fans' Embassy" advice, information and support service to travelling supporters at the majority of England's away games, including tournament finals, qualifiers and friendlies.

The Fans' Embassy service provides support for ALL fans, regardless of whether or not they have FA-supplied match tickets, and is both entirely independent of all authorities and completely confidential. No information on individuals is ever passed on to police authorities.
