Where does it all go, eh? Time that is. It seems like it was only yesterday the last annual Fans’ Parliament wrapped up and now it’s just round the corner again. Not to worry though, the FSF’s Northeast Division has been working overtime to make June’s event the best meeting of footy minds yet.
We’ve all heard the old saying, ‘when in Rome…’, and few of you will be surprised to hear that the 2009 FSF Fans’ Parliament is built around the three staples of any self-respecting Geordie’s weekend: good beer, fine food and football.
The FSF’s Northeast Division have left no pint of Stones unturned in their efforts to welcome fellow FSF members to the renowned “footballing hotbed of Tyneside”, and have tried to mix exciting new additions to the conference weekend with some old favourites.
The 2009 FSF Fans’ Parliament takes place on the June 20th, smack-bang in the middle of the close-season at the Live Theatre, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
The event is absolutely free, open to everyone member or not, and helps set the FSF’s policy and campaigns focus for the coming year and beyond.
