 Social Events

Fans' Parliament 09 isn't just about the interesting debates and big-name speakers on Saturday daytime, ooohhhh no. There's also plenty of fun and games over the full weekend with a pub crawl, Crocks vs Hacks (ex-pros and journos quiz), five-a-side, city tour and the President's Dinner. When you think about it, there really is no excuse for not coming along.

There’s a lot of water under the Tyne Bridge to come between now and June, but a series of events has been planned for the whole weekend and members are invited to attend as many or few of them as they would like. A Google Map showing important conference landmarks can be found here and here’s how things are shaping up.

All of the events below - other than the Quayside Ramble and Friday night pub crawl - require registration. The President's Dinner costs £30, all the rest are free of charge.
