 FSF talk-in

FSF talk-in

The evening entertainment will the FSF talk-in showdown at the Live Theatre. A crack team of journalists and ex-footballers from the Northeast and beyond battle it out in a gameshow-style environment, including audience participation. Chatham House rules probably apply, though if things get a little close to the bone we may elect to ban all talk of the evening under pain of death. Maybe.

All-in-all after a tough day's debate at Fans' Parliament it'll be a canny way to let your hair down with a few pints and some football related banter. Think Never Mind The Buzzcocks/Have I Got News for You/QI and you're on the right track. But with more football, obviously.

Tickets for this event are free, but you'll have to let us know in advance (the sooner the better) if you want to attend, as seats will go quickly for this.

To register for the FSF talk-in only email 'FSF talk-in' to info@fsf.org.uk. Don't forget to include your name, the number of spaces required, and a contact phone number.

If you'd like to register for the FSF talk-in AND Fans' Parliament please follow this link instead.

The event will kick-off just after 7pm and finish around 9.30pm. We'd love to give more precise timings but when you're dealing with Kevin Miles, our esteemed host, and various ex-pros/journos you learn to play a little fast and loose with timings. These superstars like a beer and don't take kindly too being hurried, you know!

Confirmed panellists are (in alphabetical order by surname):

  • John Anderson (ex-NUFC captain)
  • Simon Crabtree (ex-Sunderland commentator)
  • Charlie Hardwick (Emmerdale TV star and all-round good egg)
  • Leroy Rosenoir (ex-WHU)
